A: Our factory is located in Yuzhou, and Jiaozuo in Henan Province, that is the biggest ceramic manufacturing base, it takes about 2 hours from Zhengzhou Airport to the factories.

Q: Can i get a sample to check your quality and how can i get the samples?

A: Yes, you can get the free samples if it’s available, or we can make for you if it’s normal shape.

Q: How can i get the samples?

A: If you have freight collect express account such as UPS, Fedex, we can send the samples to you by collect, and Samples’ cost is for free.

Q: How long can I expect the samples?

A: Usually 7-14 days to prepare the samples.

Q: What is the lead time for mass production?

A: Usually 30-45 days after we got the deposit or confirmed L/C.

Q: What’s your items of delivery?

A: We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, etc. You can choose the most convenient and most effective for you.

A: We have a QC inspector team who are working in our factories. They inspect each orders’ producing with our company’s rules and customers’ requests from material to final finished packed goods till they are loaded into the container. So you can be assured of the quality.
